Detoxifying Your Body:Saturday, November 7th at 2:00 p.m. Registered Dietician Jenny Ludwig will give a lecture titled, ?Detoxifying Your Body.? Do you eat out often? Rely on packaged or processed foods? Many of the foods we eat contain additives, preservatives, colorings, high fructose corn syrup, trans fatty acids, artificial sweeteners, etc. Our bodies constantly work to reach a healthy equilibrium. We can help by making better food selections, enjoying our meals and eating healthier. This program focuses on choosing nutritious, delicious foods and re-setting our bodies to look great and feel better.
